Standard dosage of pycnogenol ranges from 100 mg – 200 mg
Doses ranging from 40-60mg have been noted to be effective over a prolonged period of time
Studies have shown that taking a full dose of Pycnogenol once daily, or half a dose twice daily are both effective. Research has yet to compare the two dosing regimens to see if one is more effective than the other.
Most study subjects took Pycnogenol doses with a meal, although this is not necessarily required.
