Neon Sport Volt Review
Our Ratings and Key Information
Neon Volt, made with an effective dose of beta-alanine which helps aid the body in building lean muscle. Beta-alanine known for many of its health benefits, one of which improves endurance. Researched shows that beta-alanine can help deter fatigue for a longer period. Since beta-alanine is not time dependent, its usually a great ingredient to look for in a pre-workout supplement. Between 2,000mg-5,000mg is the amount that is shown to have the best results. A harmless side effect, a tingling sensation (paresthesia) is a good indicator that the beta alanine is ready to aid your body in a workout.
Other Ingredients: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K), Silicon Dioxide, FD&C Red #40.
Neon Sports Volt does not use creatine. Although creatine is a very effective supplement on its own, some users prefer not to use it. There are a couple different reasons why you wouldn’t need creatine in your pre workout. Creatine does have side effects, one being water retention, if you’re not looking to add addition weight at this time, creatine wouldn’t be a good option. More common is that creatine is incorrectly dosed in pre workout supplements, usually too low, making it ineffective.
Neon Sports Volt comes with a number of different performance enhancing properties; increases in energy, strength, focus, blood circulation, and endurance. Caffeine will give you the improved focus, and strength. Beta-alanine for the endurance, l-citrulline for improved blood circulation. It has everything you will need in a pre-workout; its ingredients will be hard to come by in other supplements.
Product contains an ‘energy blend’ which hides the amount of caffeine per serving. Expect around 206 mg of caffeine per serving.
