Liquid Grip comes in a liquid form, almost like the school glue you bought when you were in school. It comes out and smells just like that as well.
The benefit of this sort of chalk is that you can carry around and use it virtually in any gym without getting yelled at for making a mess.
The grip that it provides isn’t the greatest. Its doesn’t feel as good as regular powdered chalk but it is a good alternative if you’re looking for something you can carry around.
It doesn’t give you that secure feeling that chalking up your hands does before every lift. Also you have to wait a little bit for the liquid to dry on your hands which can get annoying. Its not a chalk and go type of deal.
You also have to apply and re-apply very often. The grip it provides doesn’t last very long, maybe one or two sets of deadlifts or pull ups. If you can we suggest that you go with a better chalk option.
